Packaging: All UK orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with absolutely no external information relating to the contents.
Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving payment (Monday to Friday). During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Service: All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service. You will receive an email directly from Royal Mail upon collection with your tracking information.
Rates: Flat rate of £3.50 for UK orders under £50. Delivery is FREE on all UK orders over £50.

Important Customs Disclaimer: While we ship all parcels discreetly with no external labeling, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that souvenir seeds can legally enter their destination country. We advise researching and complying with all local laws and regulations before placing an order.
Customs Seizures & Interceptions: Because international laws vary, if your order is confiscated by customs authorities, Tastebudz Genetics offers peace of mind with a strict one-time free resend policy tailored to your chosen shipping method.

Option 1: International Tracked (Standard Breeder Packs)
Cost: £11.99
- Packaging: Seeds are shipped in their original breeder packaging.
- Tracking: Fully tracked door-to-door.
- Resend Policy: Includes a **one-time free resend** if seized by customs. Following a resend, no further replacements will be provided.
- Refund Policy: **Strictly NO refunds** for customs seizures or transit losses.
Option 2: Super Stealth International (Discreet Packing)
Cost: £15.99
- Packaging: Seeds are removed from breeder packs and hidden securely inside decoy items (clothing, novelty objects, etc.) for maximum discretion.
- Tracking: Fully tracked door-to-door.
- Resend Policy: Includes a **guaranteed delivery or one free resend** if intercepted. If a resend is also seized, the customer absorbs the loss.
- Refund Policy: **Strictly NO refunds** for customs seizures or transit losses.
Recommended for high-risk customs regions (e.g., Australia, parts of the US/EU).
General Resend & Refund Limitations: We are happy to help you get your collection securely. However, we will only resend a seized international order a maximum of one (1) time for free. We do not issue cash or card refunds for orders intercepted by customs, unless the error is directly on our end (such as a packing or dispatch mistake).
Estimated international delivery aims are 3–5 working days for Europe and 6–7 days for the Rest of the World.
