📦 General Conditions for Returns (Physical Goods)

Eligibility Window:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original, sealed packaging. Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Condition of Returned Items:

Due to the sensitive nature of genetics, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. If the tamper-evident seal on a seed pack has been broken, opened, or tampered with in any way, the item is non-returnable.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, or if your seeds arrive damaged in transit, please contact us immediately before attempting a return. We require photographic evidence of damaged goods upon arrival so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items & Clearance Stock:

All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or from the clearance section are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Specialty & Promotional Products:

Items specifically produced or offered for limited holidays, events, or seasonal drops (e.g., Black Friday bundles, limited edition releases) are non-returnable. These listings are clearly labelled as limited edition.

🌍 International Returns & Customs Policy

Because of the complex legal status of cannabis seeds internationally, customs regulations across different jurisdictions, and the risks associated with international mail services, we do not accept returns for international orders.

All international sales are final. By placing an order for international delivery, you acknowledge and accept this policy as a condition of sale. This policy protects our business from potential legal issues and ensures compliance with international trade laws regarding cross-border seed shipments.

If you are a customer located in the United Kingdom, you have specific rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
Notification: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period by contacting our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs: If you change your mind during this period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Under UK regulations, we will refund the original purchase price, including original postage costs, once we receive the goods back in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will contact you to notify you whether your refund request has been approved based on the item's condition.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds (Vouchers): If an item was purchased using a discount voucher, we will only refund the actual amount paid, not the original full list price of the item.
